MatchPhoto Checker (hereinafter “the Service”) handles personal information of customers appropriately as described below.
Information Collected：Email address, nickname, diagnostic photos, payment information (via Stripe), etc.
Purpose of Use：Service provision, credit management, quality improvement, statistical analysis, etc.
Disclosure to Third Parties：We will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law.
Data Retention Period：Diagnostic photos are automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload. Other information is securely deleted after a certain period following account cancellation.
Use of Cookies：We use cookies to improve the user experience. This optimizes functionality based on your browser settings.
Use of External Services：The Service uses the following external services and adheres to their respective privacy policies: ・Stripe (payment processing) ・Supabase ・OpenAI API
