These Terms of Service (hereinafter “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the services provided by MatchPhoto Checker (hereinafter “the Service”). Users are requested to use the Service upon agreement to these Terms.
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and the operator regarding the use of the Service.
Use of the Service requires registration through the method prescribed by the operator, and registration is completed upon the operator’s approval.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
The operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users when deemed necessary for maintenance, system failures, or other reasons.
If a user violates these Terms, the operator may restrict the use of the Service or delete the user’s registration without prior notice.
The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or other aspects of the Service.
The operator may change or discontinue the Service content without prior notice to users.
The operator may modify these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary.
Communication between users and the operator shall be conducted through the method prescribed by the operator, and users shall maintain up-to-date contact information at all times.
Users may not transfer or pledge their position, rights, or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the operator.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator’s head office as the court of first instance.
